WHAT'S INCLUDED

Full Biomarker Analysis

Know exactly where every system stands — metabolic, hormonal, inflammatory, thyroid, cardiovascular — measured against performance ranges, not disease thresholds.

Pattern Recognition

Isolated markers tell partial stories. We cross-reference across systems to surface root causes your doctor's single-marker review misses.

90-Day Optimization Roadmap

Walk away with a prioritized protocol — supplements, lifestyle changes, and retesting milestones — sequenced by impact.

Retesting Strategy

Know which markers to recheck, when to recheck them, and what movement to expect at each 30-day checkpoint.

1-on-1 Walkthrough

60-minute live session reviewing every finding, recommendation, and priority — so you leave with zero questions.

Client Dashboard

Track your biological KPIs over time with trend visualization, wearable integration, and system-level scoring.

Example Analysis

What we find that your doctor misses

Real patterns from actual client analyses. Every one of these was marked "normal" by a physician.

Early metabolic dysfunction
Fasting Insulin12.4 µIU/mL
Ref: 2.6–24.9

Technically 'normal' but well above the performance threshold of <5. Indicates developing insulin resistance — your body is working harder to maintain blood sugar. Left unchecked, this erodes energy, drives fat storage, and accelerates aging.

HIGH
Hormonal imbalance signal
SHBG18 nmol/L
Ref: 10–57

Low SHBG with elevated insulin creates a cascade — more free estrogen, less bioavailable testosterone, increased inflammation. The root cause isn't hormonal — it's metabolic.

HIGH
Systemic inflammation
hs-CRP2.8 mg/L
Ref: 0–3.0

Technically 'normal.' Optimal is <0.5. At 2.8, you're running chronic low-grade inflammation — driving brain fog, joint pain, poor recovery, and elevated cardiovascular risk.

CRITICAL
Thyroid underperformance
Free T32.4 pg/mL
Ref: 2.0–4.4

Bottom quartile of reference. This is the active thyroid hormone — when it's low, everything slows: metabolism, cognition, recovery. Most doctors won't flag this.

FAQ

Common questions

What is biomarker analysis?+

Biomarker analysis is the process of measuring blood-based markers across multiple biological systems — metabolic, hormonal, inflammatory, thyroid, cardiovascular — and interpreting results against performance ranges rather than disease-detection ranges. The goal is to identify what's holding output back and translate findings into a prioritized optimization protocol. Nexus Bio analyzes 20 to 40+ biomarkers per engagement.

How is this different from what my doctor provides?+

A standard physician reviews a handful of markers against disease-detection ranges and flags anything outside 'normal.' Nexus Bio analyzes 20 to 40+ markers through a performance lens, cross-references them across systems to identify root causes, and delivers a 90-day protocol. We do not diagnose or treat disease — we surface performance gaps that single-marker reviews routinely miss.

How much does biomarker analysis cost?+

A single Biomarker Analysis and Optimization Report is $800 to $1,200, depending on panel complexity and biomarker count. The fee covers full analysis, the written report, a 90-day optimization roadmap, and a 1-on-1 walkthrough call. Monthly Advisory, an optional ongoing engagement after the initial report, is $200 to $400 per month.

How long does the analysis take?+

Reports are delivered within 72 hours of receiving your lab data. The 1-on-1 walkthrough is scheduled at your convenience after delivery. The 90-day roadmap covers the first three months of protocol sequencing and retesting milestones from the date of the report.

What biomarkers do you analyze?+

Between 20 and 40+ markers per engagement, spanning metabolic (fasting insulin, HbA1c, glucose), hormonal (testosterone, SHBG, estradiol, cortisol), inflammatory (hs-CRP, homocysteine, ferritin), thyroid (TSH, free T3, free T4, reverse T3), cardiovascular (ApoB, Lp(a), full lipid panel), and nutrient status (vitamin D, B12, omega-3 index). The exact panel depends on your goals and existing data.

Do I need to have bloodwork done before applying?+

No. If you already have recent results, we can start immediately. If not, we recommend a performance-oriented panel through Quest, LabCorp, or a comparable provider — specific panel guidance is provided after intake. We do not perform phlebotomy; clients provide their own draws.

Is this medical advice?+

No. Nexus Bio is not a medical provider. Our reports are educational and analytical — we do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe. All recommendations should be reviewed with a licensed physician before making any change to medication, supplementation, or health-related behavior.
